Human Rights and Labor Practices Policy
This policy is part of the 'Human Rights and Labor Practices Policy' that the company practices with the understanding that creating a supportive work environment promotes mutual respect, diversity, and acceptance of differences, helping to attract and retain capable managers and employees. It also helps to foster inclusivity and a sense of belonging, leading to efficient work, innovation, and the sustainable delivery of diverse and quality products and services, driving business growth.
The Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Policy is established following the company's commitment as stated in the 'Promotion of Equality and Elimination of Discrimination Based on Gender Act B.E. 2558,' as well as aligned with international standards such as the United Nations Global Compact's Business Standards to reduce segregation and inequality among diverse gender groups (Tackling Discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, & Intersex People Standards of Conduct for Business), the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) by UN Women, and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. These principles aim to promote equality, diversity, and inclusivity, providing equal opportunities for all employees in recruitment, selection, hiring, knowledge development, skill assessment, performance evaluation, compensation, access to benefits, promotion, transfer, and termination, including listening to feedback, complaints, and reconciliation..
To achieve these objectives, the following guidelines are set:
- Treat all employees equally, respect diversity, and create an environment that ensures equality without discrimination, bias, or actions leading to inequality.
- Respect differences in attitudes, cultures, beliefs, languages, races, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities, abilities, health, social statuses, skills, and other personal characteristics.
- Support inclusivity with visually and non-visually disabled employees by providing suitable workplace accommodations.
- Ensure the continuous protection of all employees' health, well-being, and safety.
- Provide equal opportunities and consider diversity in recruitment, selection, and hiring based on qualifications, knowledge, skills, and relevant experience without prejudice or discrimination.
- Offer opportunities for diverse applicants using neutral language in job postings and easily understandable job descriptions translated into various languages, including local languages.
- Provide suitable and safe workplace facilities considering diversity and various needs, including parking for disabled individuals, breastfeeding rooms, gender-neutral bathrooms, and prayer rooms.
- Establish criteria for equal compensation for employees at each level.
- Address diversity and equality issues in providing benefits and welfare to employees.
- Provide equal opportunities for employees at all levels to transfer and grow in their careers.
- Consider qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, and diversity in appointing, promoting, or transferring employees.

- Conduct continuous orientation and training on diversity, equality, and inclusivity for all employees to raise awareness and understanding.
- Support managers at all levels in communicating and promoting acceptance of differences and inclusivity within the organization.
- Monitor, evaluate, and review company operations according to diversity, equality, and inclusivity policies.
- Provide equal opportunities for all employees at all levels to express opinions, complaints, or grievances from diverse perspectives and ensure protection for complainants.
- Establish transparent and fair investigation processes and appropriate reconciliation measures.
- Support and collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, educational institutions, communities, and other stakeholders to implement projects supporting diversity, equality, and inclusivity.
- Communicate and raise awareness of diversity, equality, and inclusivity among employees, partners, business associates, and stakeholders continuously.
- Disclose the results of diversity, equality, and inclusivity efforts through sustainable reports or other disclosed information annually to stakeholders.
The board, management, and employees must comply with relevant laws, regulations, standards, policies, and practices for promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
