We are looking for a diligent and proactive Junior EHS Admin to join our team in the telecommunication installation industry. In this role, you will assist in maintaining compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and support initiatives to ensure the safety of our teams working on-site and in the office. You will play a critical role in managing documentation, coordinating training, and fostering a culture of safety within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the EHS Manager in implementing workplace safety, environmental, and health programs specific to telecommunication installation activities, such as working at heights, electrical safety, and confined spaces.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS compliance, site audits, inspections, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate and track EHS training programs for field technicians, engineers, and staff, including working-at-heights certifications and PPE usage.
- Conduct on-site safety inspections and hazard assessments at installation locations, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with EHS standards.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports required by local regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of safety by addressing employee concerns, distributing EHS materials, and assisting with safety campaigns.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the EHS field or the telecommunication/installation industry.
- Experience with site-based work environments is a strong advantage.

Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of EHS regulations, particularly those relevant to telecommunication installation activities (e.g., working at heights, electrical safety, and confined spaces).
- Familiarity with telecom installation processes and associated risks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.
