Detail :

Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist with strong English communication skills. Ideal candidates have a background in IT or Data Science and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, analyzing data, and optimizing inventory processes.

Responsibilities :

 

  • Track inventory using management software.
  • Analyze the data for trends and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with teams for accurate forecasting.
  • Implement control procedures for efficiency.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation.
  • Continuously optimize processes.
  • Contact and coordinate with customers or foreign subcontract
  • Transportation dimensioning and booking
  • Coordinate with regional teams, material teams, and logistic supplier partners to have successful material delivery
  • Process Purchase Order (PO) to logistic suppliers
  • Review of invoices from logistic suppliers

Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or related.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems :  ESR Tool or ESD report .
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to travel to Wang Noi, Ayutthaya. (On the Job Training at least 1 month)

Preferred:

  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Certification in inventory management.
