Responsibilities :

  • Architecting, creating, managing, and maintaining Telecom Network, Server and other component as defined by SLA.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution for restoration of complex customer issues.
  • Understanding and validating project/plan requirement with 3PP/Customer.
  • Handling IP Core, MPLS & Wi-fi Network and ISP also.
  • Hands on experience on multi-vendor L3/L2 equipment like Nokia, Huawei, Cisco etc.
  • Handling Mobile Core architecture PS/CS Core & RAN.
  • Handling Network KPI and reporting from tool Cacti etc.
  • Handling Nominum/Infoblox DNS.
  • Device/Service Migration and MOP Preparations.
  • End to end technical solution for customer requirements.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for internal and external customers.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Previous working experience as a Network Planning Design and Optimization as an Expert/Engineer for 10+ Years.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale service provider/Telecom IP/MPLS solutions/projects.
  • Qualitative experience in Telecom/IT Industry covering aspects of project management,
  • Network Design & Planning, Deployment, Data Centre Design in Large scale IP/MPLS network.
  • Sound knowledge of Routers, Switches for large ISP Network.
  • Sound knowledge of DPI, BRAS, BNG and wi-fi Network will be advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Palo alto, Huawei, Juniper, F5, Check point etc. Firewall.
  • Understanding of Mobile Core architecture PS/CS Core & RAN.
  • Understanding of Network KPI and reporting from tool Cacti etc.
  • Understanding of Nominum/Infoblox DNS.
  • Cisco certifications CCNP/CCIE/Nokia NRS etc. is a plus.
  • Experience in Multiple Operator Core Network will add on.
  • Good communication/soft skills to interact with Internal/External customers.
