- Forecast ASP demand based on the rollout plan and secure the necessary capacity

- Secure supplier progress reporting and information flows, including corrective and preventive action to address roolout raised issue for ASP performance or EHS violations.

- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations.

- Support project team to create scope of work, purchasing price items.

- Define supplier performance requirements for sourcing including EHS performance monitoring.

- Assist sourcing with the technical evaluation and on-site assessment of ASP candidates.

- Assist sourcing with the development of ASP selection criteria an

- Execute new ASP Onboarding and prepare project kick off.

- Develop and secure ASP competence and training.

- Secure ASP have all mandatory requirement such as license, specific tools, permits and including EHS certificationd with negotiation and selection

- Secure that ASP performance KPIs measurement is in place and continuosly measured.

- Establish ASP Operational and internal Governance with regular meeting to follow-up ASP performance KPIs.

- Responsible for ASP metrics and score and reporting on productivity, quality and EHS performance

- Act on deviation on contractual prices application and / or activites delivered.

- Regular meeting to follow-up work allocation according to procurement board decisions.

- Responsible for rasing discussion and actions in case deviation of procurement board decisions
