• Forecast ASP demand based on the rollout plan and secure the necessary capacity
• Secure supplier progress reporting and information flows, including corrective and preventive action to address rollout raised issue for ASP performance or EHS violations.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Support project team to create scope of work, purchasing price items.
• Define supplier performance requirements for sourcing including EHS performance monitoring.
• Assist sourcing with the technical evaluation and on-site assessment of ASP candidates.
• Assist sourcing with the development of ASP selection criteria an
• Execute new ASP Onboarding and prepare project kick off.
• Develop and secure ASP competence and training.
• Secure ASP have all mandatory requirement such as license, specific tools, permits and including EHS certification with negotiation and selection
• Secure that ASP performance KPIs measurement is in place and continuously measured.
• Establish ASP Operational and internal Governance with regular meeting to follow-up ASP performance KPIs.
• Responsible for ASP metrics and score and reporting on productivity, quality and EHS performance
• Act on deviation on contractual prices application and / or activities delivered.
• Regular meeting to follow-up work allocation according to procurement board decisions.
• Responsible for rasing discussion and actions in case deviation of procurement board decisions
